- From the time we were married, we knew that our desire was to work with missionary kids overseas. Our dream became reality in April 1997, when we headed to Costa Rica to learn Spanish - with our 4 children in tow. After language school, we came to Spain, in 1998, and began teaching at ECA. Scot's job has evolved over the years, and he has been the director of the school since 2001. We have also been dorm parents, housing many students in our home over the years, and we have been increasingly involved in our local church over the years. In 2008, we changed churches to help start the 1st evangelical church in Camarma in the town's 900 year history!
